On Sunday, November 23, 2014, Freedom Fighters of America will begin a weekly written worship service for those who do not attend church, watch on TV or even worship with the radio.
We hope that this will become a gateway to a more spiritual life for everyone.
WE LOVE ALL OF YOU!

MY FAITH
FOR ALL TO SEE
I have not hid thy righteousness within my
heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed
thy loving kindness and thy truth from the great congregation. – Psalm 40:10
ILLUSTRATION:
[1]Two weeks after 9/11, I was in Queens, New York, training
church planters. Every night I walked down to a local Irish Pub to eat dinner
with some friends. A waitress named Fiona not only served us well, but seemed
curious about our faith and what we were teaching pastors. Each evening our
conversation deepened.
"So, why would you help pastors lead their churches if
churches really don't do much good?" she asked.
Knowing that one-third of her Irish friends in the 1980s and
1990s were sexually abused in the Catholic school system, and that two of her
friends were killed in "Protestant/Catholic" fights, gave me ample
reason not to judge her criticism of organized religion. What could I say? How
could I explain my love for Jesus without bringing the church into it?
I simply talked with her about the Kingdom. "Fiona,
Jesus came to offer an alternative way of life from all the exclusive,
religious, sectarian, and sinful ways people live. He called it the Kingdom,
and it was huge for people back in the day and also for anyone looking for the
real God."
"I've never heard about the Kingdom," she said.
"Tell me more."
My final night in town, as I came in to say goodbye before
flying back to Oregon, I heard Fiona yell over a crowded room, "That's the
guy I was telling you about! You've got to hear how he talks about God!"
As the bar room split and she called her friends over, she looked at me and
said, "Tell them what you told me—you know, all that stuff about the
Kingdom!"
That night everything changed for me. I started an entirely
new spiritual journey that pulled me out of my jaded, consumeristic
Christianity. What happened next? We simply grabbed a few friends and started a
community that [was committed to] living out and inviting others into Kingdom
ways of life. Before we knew it, a church was started without us even trying.
1. GOD’S RIGHTEOUSNESS PROCLAIMED
For therein is the righteousness of
God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by
faith. – Romans 1:17
2. GOD’S SALVATION DECLARED
Be it known therefore unto you, that
the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it. – Acts 28:28
3. GOD’S LOVING-KINDNESS MANIFESTED
I
will mention the loving kindnesses of the LORD,
and the praises of the LORD, according to all that the LORD hath bestowed on us, and the great
goodness toward the house of Israel, which he hath bestowed on them according
to his mercies, and according to the multitude of his loving kindnesses.
– Isaiah 63:7
1)
Faith receives Gods righteousness.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel
of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that
believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. – Romans 1:16
2)
Confession is made of His salvation.
That
if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine
heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
– Romans 10:9
3)
Testimony is given of His kindness.
But
after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared.
– Titus 3:4

Faith and the Beginning
I didn't know what to discuss for our first service, so I decided to start at the beginning.
At the time of creation some say it was a big bang. They don't realize how right they were. Just one question about that big bang. Who lit the fuse? The darkness couldn't start something so wonderful and magnificent or could it and there's where the Faith comes in:
Genesis 1:1 Is a verse that gives us clear insight into how our world started; "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth".
Then there is this verse, Colossians 1:16 Leaves no doubt who created everything; "For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him".
But to believe all of the things and creatures were created by the Lord we must have Faith. Faith in something we can't see, touch, feel, smell or hear or can we not see the love and light he has provided through and for all of us, can we not touch all the things we love, can we not feel love in our hearts and can we not hear the Lord when we ask him to come into our lives or to help us through difficult times.
Some would say that the Bible is just a book written by men and you might be right but we still come back to the same question and the Bible's version is the most believable to all of us, not some big bang where you can't explain how that started. Our faith drive us to this answer. Our faith gives us what we need to come to this conclusion and our faith keeps us whole during our lives so we may know him even after this world ends.
I don't care what anyone else says, GOD created everything.
This is our first and I promise they will get better each week. Thank you for reading.
